That is the problem I built AI SoftLife to solve. Not more output. Structure around the intelligence, so it carries load instead of adding it, and so the authority for every real decision stays with the person making it.
The principle underneath all of it: ease over hustle, strategy over scramble. Your AI is a reflection of you, which means the quality of what it hands back depends entirely on the quality of what you hand it. Most people are handing it chaos and calling the output disappointing.
My day work is federal AI governance. I founded SANCIAN, an AI governance and implementation consultancy working in federal health, which in practice means I spend most of my time thinking about what protects a leader rather than what merely accelerates one.

The Masterclass meets on the third Saturday of every month at 1 PM Eastern via Zoom. Each month stands on its own, so there is no required starting point. Join the next session whenever you are ready. Each session is booked separately, so nothing auto-enrols you and nothing lapses.

No. Bring whatever tool you already use, whether that is ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or something your team gave you. The work is in what you hand it, not in which one you picked.
